By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms:
• All project start dates and completion times are estimates and may vary due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.
• A deposit is required to confirm bookings, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Any additional work not included in the original agreement will be quoted and billed separately.
• GTA Pro Epoxy reserves the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions or non-compliance with the agreement are identified.
Warranty Disclaimer
GTA Pro Epoxy’s unique warranty provides you with a certificate when the job is granted, which includes a two-year warranty on all installed coatings, provided the floor does not contain any moisture underneath.
This warranty does not cover damage to the coating caused by pulling, dragging objects, or scratches. It does, however, cover delamination of the coating caused by trapped air pockets under the coating. In such cases, GTA Pro Epoxy’s warranty will cover both labor and materials to repair the delaminated coating.
